Breast Augmentation
Patients come in for different reasons. Some have always been unhappy with the size and shape of their breasts, while others notice changes after pregnancy, weight loss, or time that leave their breasts feeling flatter, uneven, or no longer reflective of how they see themselves. What they're usually looking for is a breast shape that fits their body and feels natural to them.
In the past there was a trend to go with larger implants, but more recently, patients have opted for a more natural appearance, choosing a smaller implant. Modern implants allow for a high degree of customization. Size, base width (diameter), projection, and implant placement are chosen based on anatomy, proportions, and personal goals. Implant placement and incision options matter because the same implant can look very different from one person to the next.

We talk through implant size, shape, and placement in the context of your body. Patients whose primary concern is sagging rather than volume may benefit more from a breast lift, with or without implants. The goal is to choose the approach that actually addresses what you're noticing.
Recovery:
Most patients return to light daily activities within a few days, with more normal routines by one to 2 weeks. The first 3-5 days are typically the most uncomfortable. Early on, implants often sit high on the chest and can feel larger than expected. This is normal. Swelling gradually improves, the implants settle, and shape continues to refine over the following weeks and months.

Breast Lift
Most of the time the concern isn't volume, it's that the breasts no longer sit where they used to. The shape feels stretched, less supported, and harder to manage in clothing.
Over time, breasts can lose shape and sit lower on the chest due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes, or natural aging. A breast lift, medically known as Mastopexy, reshapes and repositions the breasts by removing excess skin and elevating the breast tissue and nipple. A breast lift focuses on restoring position and structure. The goal is to reestablish shape and support so the breasts feel more secure, balanced, and aligned with the rest of the body — without necessarily increasing size.

Scarring is an unavoidable part of a breast lift, and it's often the biggest concern patients have. We talk through scar placement, healing expectations, and what can be done after surgery to support the best possible outcome. Lasers, microneedling, and injections are sometimes used during the healing process, but time is the most important factor. Most scars continue to improve for 18 months or longer.
Recovery:
Swelling and soreness are expected for the first 1–2 weeks. Most patients return to normal daily activities within 10–14 days, with breast shape continuing to settle over the following weeks. Final results are typically apparent around four months.

Breast Reduction
Most often patients seek a breast reduction for relief from daily physical strain.
For many, the size of their breasts affects daily life in constant, practical ways. Neck, back, and shoulder pain become normal. Posture changes. Exercise is uncomfortable or avoided. Clothing never fits the way it should. Over time, managing these issues takes energy and attention that wears people down.
This procedure is often referred to as having the highest patient satisfaction, despite being associated with scarring of the breast. It addresses the source of that strain. By reducing weight and reshaping the breasts, patients often experience meaningful relief physically and functionally, along with a breast shape that feels more manageable and proportionate to their body.

We talk through symptoms, goals, and expectations including size reduction and scarring. Understanding the tradeoffs involved is important, and clarity around scarring is essential to long-term satisfaction. Patients should be medically stable and have realistic expectations about outcomes.
Recovery:
Initial recovery typically lasts 1–2 weeks, with most patients returning to normal activities within that time. Swelling improves gradually, and final breast shape continues to refine over several months. Final results take about 4 months to be achieved.

Mommy Makeover
Pregnancy changes the body in ways that don't always resolve with time.
For many women, the most noticeable changes remain in the abdomen and breasts — areas that stretch, shift, and lose support in ways exercise and weight stability can't fully correct. Over time, these changes can begin to feel permanent, not because something went wrong, but because the body adapted to pregnancy and didn't completely return.
A mommy makeover is a customized combination of procedures designed to address those specific, lasting changes. The exact plan varies from person to person, based on anatomy, goals, and what feels most disruptive in daily life. Most commonly, it involves procedures focused on the abdomen and breasts, performed together in a single surgical setting.

We spend time identifying which changes are most significant to you and which procedures make sense to address together. While combining procedures can mean a single anesthesia and recovery period, it also requires thoughtful planning and realistic expectations about the initial recovery. Future pregnancies won't be prevented by surgery, but they can alter results. Timing and long-term goals are an important part of the conversation.
Recovery:
Recovery depends on the specific procedures performed, but most patients require 2-3 weeks before resuming normal daily activities. Swelling continues to improve over several months, and recovery can feel more demanding when multiple areas are treated at once.
